Sit quietly, eyes closed, and breathe naturally. Pay attention to any tension in your body and release this tension. Fill each cell of your body with calm energy. When you know you are centered and aware, ask the question from your heart that you most want an answer to. Think nothing and know nothing. Simply ask the question and wait in peaceful alertness. Be precise and be patient. When you know the question has been fully asked, release it and continue with your day.
